1. What makes a good job? Look back at the list of what makes a good job, from week one. Describe in your eJournal about whether your attitude toward the things you can control has changed over the time you’ve been taking this course. 2. Positive Post-it Note Each day for three days (or more if you like) write something encouraging to a different one of your colleagues on a small post-it note. Don’t sign it. Post it secretly. Note how people react and discuss this with your learning partner or on the discussion board. Is this a good strategy for building a positive workplace environment? |
