M8: A1 Return to Wellness Wheel

There are three parts to this activity

Part 1: Fill out the Wellness Wheel

  1. Follow the directions in Wellness Wheel by scoring yourself in each of the five areas.
  2. When you are done, save it as "WWEndCourse".

Part 2: In your eJournal, reflect on your Wellness Wheel

Compare your answers, to the responses you gave at the beginning of the course. (It should be labeled “WW PreCourse.”) In your eJournal briefly describe:

  • What changes have you have made in each area of the wheel? (For example, are you doing any new activities?)
  • Are you doing some activities more or less frequently than before starting the class?
  • Have you noticed any differences in the way you feel?
  • What did you learn about yourself from this activity?

Part 3: Send your Wellness Wheel (from Module 8) to your facilitator and also to the evaluator at: healthyhealers@gmail.com.

Throughout the course, you can complete the activity in one of two ways.

Complete the activity by WRITING in your eJournal in the text box below.

Directions:

1. Click on the 'Add Submission' button below, to see the text box.

2. Write the answers to the questions into the text box.

3. Click 'Save Changes' and you are done!

OR,

If you have a headset and microphone, you can complete the activity by TALKING in your eJournal Recorder.

1. Click on the 'Add Submission' button.

2. You will see the audio recorder. audio recorder
flashplayer Note: You may have to click the “allow” button for the Flash player to work.

3. Press RECORD then respond to the eJournal question, by talking into the microphone (on your head set).

Audio record tips:

  • You have a time limit of 3 minutes.
  • If you want to record your answer again, you can. Simply click record, and it will re-record your response (Note: you can’t add to your recording, only re-record).
  • It is a good idea to jot down your main points before you begin your recording.
  • Have fun!

4. Click 'Save Changes' and you are done!
