Module 4 Applying Motivational Interviewing | Downloads for Step 2 | The following file will be used for the second step of your demonstration project. Please download the Questionnaire and complete it using your mock client (a friend or a colleague). You will submit the sheet after you complete the process. The second step is to make a determination about what stage your client is in and to develop a motivational interviewing strategy for your client. The Tobacco Use Questionnaire also has a space for you to put in a Fagerström Score which you will obtain using the Tobacco Use Questionnaire. You will be provided with an overview of the Fagerström Scoring process. Your submission for the second step will include your completed form with the counselor section completed and your opening introduction to your client and your first few questions that you will use when you begin your session. |
