There are three different scenarios in which there would be at least 3 red balls drawn if 5 balls were drawn in total:

 

3 red and 2 black

or

4 red and 1 black

or

5 red and 0 black

 

Each of these scenarios will be solved independently and then the three scenarios will be added together in order to obtain the total number of ways this can occur:

 

3 red and 2 black	or	4 red and 1 black	or	5 red and 0 black

There are a total of 531 ways in which the balls can be drawn.
