What Makes a Great Work Team?
In order for people to work together well, be a real team, they need to make an effort to understand each other and take that into consideration in their communications.
Understanding our own, and our colleagues’ personality traits, allows us to see potential areas of conflict and find ways to avoid or resolve them. This understanding also helps us offer support and positive feedback to our colleagues in ways that are meaningful to them.
