Good Communications - A Key to Building Trust

True Colors suggests our personalities are a combination of four basic types:
- Blue - Compassionate, affectionate, dislikes conflict, sensitive, needs praise, a caretaker, cooperative, strong sense of spirituality. A “people person”.
- Gold - Responsible, organized, practical, punctual, uncomfortable with change, strong sense of duty, prepared, well organized, values tradition, respects policies, conscientious.
- Orange - Energetic, spontaneous, learn by doing, can be impatient with routine and uncomfortable with structure, impulsive, playful, likes challenges.
- Green - Conceptual, logical, analytical, values knowledge, stressed by repetitive tasks, can be uncomfortable with strong emotions, problem solver.
