Personal Healthy Healer Plan*
Purpose: To help you create a process so that you can maintain your new Healthy Healer skills after the course!
Part of being a Healthy Healer is developing new habits and new ways of managing challenging situations. In Modules 1-5 we asked you to collect the activities, quotes, handouts or resources that meant the most to you, for your plan. Now its time to use those activities as a guide to help you decide what you want to work on. The Healthy Healer Plan is divided into three parts:
• Personal Care Plan
• Workplace Plan
• Community Plan
This week’s assignment will focus on developing Part I: the Personal Care Plan. The purpose is to help you create a process to maintain your new Healthy Healer skills after the course. You want your plan to be meaningful and relate to your personal wellness goals. For example, your plan could relate to mindfulness, positive self-talk, work-to-home transitions, physical activity, nutrition, spirituality, or whatever else contributes to your personal wellness.
