In this course we are learning many ways to regain our balance (examples: positive self talk, mindful practices, breathing, healthy eating, regular exercise, maintaining supportive relationships, and spiritual connections). Dr. Greywolf references these strategies as the ABC’s of balance:
A - Awareness.
B - Balance between mind-body-spirit.
C - Connections and social support system.
