Part of stress management is eating healthy foods. In the video Dr. Ferguson references eating local traditional foods especially those that are hunted, fished, gathered, or grown in Alaska. These traditional foods, i.e. greens, seaweeds, berries, game, and fish are heart healthy and nutrient rich.
