Module 1: I Love My Job
Conclusion, Assignments, Handouts +
You can practice mindfulness through daily living. Simply focusing on the present moment and quieting your inner dialogue can help you attain mindfulness.
Simple mindfulness exercises can make the difference between living your life in a state of stress and panic or being calm and in control of your emotions. Training yourself to be mindful at work can make the difference between being a good health provider and a really great one.
There are additional mindfulness exercises and meditations in the resource section and from the DIY Stress Relief website, click here.
You will have completed this lesson when you complete the eJournal, learning partner, and discussion board assignments from this class. Don't forget to explore the additional resources, reminders, and tip sheets in the Handout folder or under the Resource Room tab.
Thank you for participating in this class. We look forward to getting together with all of you next week.
