BHA General Orientation

We continue with our first vignette and will watch Part 3: Allison's mom and Andrew, her Behavioral Health Aide, discuss a safety plan for Allison's return home. The focus of this section of the video is the planning portion. Watch and listen for how the BHA and Allison's mother plan for Allison's return. As you watch these videos, take notes of what you would document in a SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) progress note.

We continue with the last portion of our first vignette and will watch Part 4: Allison meets with Andrew, her Behavioral Health Aide. In this vignette, Allison works directly with Andrew, her Behavioral Health Aide. Andrew has set Allison some challenges as they work together to stack wood.
