Module 3: Balancing Body and Mind
Introduction
Over the last two weeks we looked at our jobs; what we like and don't like, and what parts we have control over. We identified the parts of the job that are stressful and how our brain and bodies respond to stress. Last week we explored how positive self-talk and other mindful practices can help deal with stress. This week we'll explore several dimensions of physical health and the mind-body balance of wellness.
