Module 8: Bringing it All Together

Introduction

This is our last week! Here is where we’ve been:

Week 1:   What we like about our jobs, and the aspects of it we have control over.            
Weeks 2-4:    Self care strategies for balance and wellness.
Week 5: Balancing our past and present stressors with our historical and current strengths.
Weeks 6-7: Exploring our support system at work and in the community.

 

This week we will focus on our Healthy Healers Plan and the strategies you plan to sustain in your work and life.

  2. Identify strategies and commit to maintaining my support system.
  3. Share strategies for personal, workplace and community wellness by presenting my Healthy Healers Plan.
